We design complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for new
construction and renovation projects — fully engineered, fully documented,

ANALYSIS & PROJECT CRITERIA
We begin with a full review of your architectural drawings and project brief. All systems are designed against applicable standards: ASHRAE 90.1 for energy compliance, SMACNA for ductwork, NFPA 13/72 for fire suppression, NEC for electrical, and IBC for building code alignment.
SYSTEM SIZING & CALCULATIONS
Hydraulic and aerodynamic calculations for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Heat load analysis, equipment selection, and duct/pipe sizing — all documented and deliverable as part of the project package.
3D ROUTING IN REVIT
All systems are modeled in 3D within Autodesk Revit. We follow your LOD requirements (LOD 200 through LOD 400) and coordinate against architectural and structural models to minimize conflicts before they reach the field.
FULL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Final deliverables include: annotated drawings, system schematics, single-line diagrams, equipment schedules, and Bills of Materials (BOM) — ready for permit submission or contractor handoff.
We convert existing 2D drawings, PDFs, or point cloud scan data into clean,
data-rich Revit models — fully coordinated across MEP disciplines and ready
for construction or facility management.
INPUT AUDIT & SOURCE REVIEW
Before modeling begins, we audit all provided source files: DWG, PDF, or point cloud data (.RCP / .RCS / .E57). We identify gaps, conflicts, and ambiguities — and flag them before they become problems mid-project.
GEOMETRY MODELING
We build every system to your specified LOD — from schematic representation (LOD 200) to fully detailed, fabrication-ready geometry (LOD 400). All elements are properly hosted, categorized, and named per your BIM Execution Plan or our default GEOMETRY-S standard.
DATA ENRICHMENT
Every element gets the data it needs: materials, system classification, asset tags, cost codes, and specification references. COBie-ready output is available on request — ideal for owner handover and FM integration.
QA/QC & CLASH DETECTION
Before delivery, every model goes through a full clash detection review in Navisworks. You receive a clash report alongside the final model — so you know exactly what was found, what was resolved, and what requires design-side input.
EXPORT & DELIVERY
Final deliverables: RVT (native Revit), IFC2x3 or IFC4, DWG, PDF, and COBie (Excel) upon request. We deliver via BIM 360 / ACC, shared drive, or your preferred file transfer method.
