HELLO!

My name is Oleh Samchyk. Back in 2012, I decided to start a design bureau. At that time, I was already an experienced engineer — and even more so, an ambitious one. I wanted to create high-quality engineering that would be not only smart and efficient but also beautiful.
Since then, we’ve completed over 600 projects in 15 countries around the world. Our portfolio includes residential complexes, office centers, hospitals, factories, industrial sites, public buildings, parks, memorials — and even a private island in the ocean :)
Our core focus is engineering. Everything else is just detail.
We work using Building Information Modeling (BIM), and as you can see, we take model detailing and construction documentation very seriously. This allows us to deliver precise specifications, clear budgeting, and a significantly faster construction process.
